I’ve never been much of a Chelsea Market groupie, not for any real reason other than its farawayness from Brooklyn. I recently spent some time there and found plenty to love, including strange squash at Manhattan Fruit Exchange, old-school soft dinner rolls at Amy’s Bread and protein perfection at Dickson’s Farmstand Meats. I used my gets to make a proper Sunday dinner, though my lack of experience cooking meat led us to quite a “rare” experience. It was sinfully good though, and I look forward to going back for more some other lazy Sunday.
