Some say the future isn’t bright for Park Sloper Bussaco. I hope that isn’t true…I had a wonderful meal there (albeit under the old chef) and also once attended a gloriously eggheady Iberian wine and cheese pairing seminar in the basement. The food is great, the atmosphere very civilized, the space: spacious. Almost too good to be true. Stay tuned on this one and go over there for dinner if you haven’t yet.
